First week pictures

Okay this week hasn't been my best week. Had too much of a party weekend. Monday and Tuesday I was out sick. Today I cleaned the house and did a half ass workout. Hey I got it in at least. But none the less, I promised work in progress pics every Wednesday!

Checking In

I really have to admit, this is not how I saw my self using this blog. Meaning, I thought I would actually use it! So I'm going to make a pact. At least once a week I will check in. 


I saw this pin on pinterest that a girl is going to take a picture of herself every week to show the ups and downs of her weight loss and journey to get fit. I think I'm going to try to do this as well. I think every Wednesday sounds good. So expect that, keep me honest!!


I also want to start taking measurements. Sounds like its a better way to gauge whats going on than a scale.
